After the presscon that we attended, me and my best bud Niel took a stroll along Liwasang Balagtas. We took some photos and talked to some people we knew. After some chitchat, we decided to take a break at the 'Calumigor Tapsihan' just beside the Liwasang Balagtas in Pandacan, Manila.
As you can see at the front of the said tapsihan, it can cater only one to two persons at a time. But in front of it, there are two tables for their customers. Me and Niel took one to dine in or out. We ordered one tapsilog for each one of us. The amount is PhP 40.00 per order with a soup and a spicy vinegar.
Here in the Philippines, you could find any tapsihan in all corners of Manila. Some mall now are serving tapsilog as one on their menu. Well, the price(s) may vary from resto to resto :P
There are more kinds of combination that they serve. All you have to do is pick one :P
Preferences:
Tapsihan - a place where tapsilog serve as their main dish
Tapsilog - TApa, SInangag at itLOG or fried beef strips, fried rice and a sunny side up
