Workout Log

I have some friends whose always asking me about the workout log. I just answered them that the log is to track your progress and to know if you need to change your routine or exercise. Some do replied when I ask them about it if they really understand it and I found out some answers quite amusing... :P

Anyway, here's a sample workout log for you guys out there...

Three Day Split Workout

As the summer here in Philippines approaches, more and more people are going to their favorite gym and personal trainor. Most guys wanted a perfectly sculpt body plus a six pack and on the ladies wanted to show their deadly curves as they walk along the beautiful beaches here in the Philippines.

Anyway, here's a sample 3 day split workout that can help you on your gym workout. You can change the exercise if your not compatible with it, for example... you can replace the bench press for an inclined bench press or declined bench press.

Whenever I wanted to relax, (sometimes) I usually turn my radio on and look for some soothing station. Classical music is on my menu for this. When I'm stock in traffic, this classical music relaxes me and ease some tension on the road. Because I never wanted to be one of those guys on the road rage fight and that's stupid.

Joined and finished this event... it's my very first 5K run and also a break-in for my new adidas shoes as well :P

After the presscon that we attended, me and my best bud Niel took a stroll along Liwasang Balagtas. We took some photos and talked to some people we knew. After some chitchat, we decided to take a break at the 'Calumigor Tapsihan' just beside the Liwasang Balagtas in Pandacan, Manila.

My Adidas Super Nova (SNova) Glide 2

If I'm not mistaken... my ever first original adidas was bought a decade ago... literally yes.

Anyways, since I lost a lot of my weight - well, I'm not that fat anyway but I still want to shed some fats on my belly - I want to curve my self a nice beach body since summer is just around the corner. I decided to buy my self as a christmas gift to start to jog around the park or a thread mill.

I remember that my first adidas was a torsion. I feel so comfortable with it and it feels like walking or running on a bed or something soft. Now, I just bought a adidas snova (supernova) glide 2. It has also a torsion system and a formotion heel on the shoe. The sales clerk insist me on this because when he take a look at my foot and measures it he noticed I have a midfoot arch. The snova glide 2 according to him is for high arch foot but I can use it since it has a formotion on the heel of the shoe that can adopt to my built.

Now that I have a new pair of adidas, I'm excited to take it on a road and burn fat and rubber... err sole of my shoe.

As we all start the year with a bang! The people of Pandacan are gearing up for the upcoming town's fiesta. But before the fiesta starts, it will have some events to highlight it all for the year,

Jan. 9 1st Day (Sun)

• AM BAYANIHAN SA PANDANAN; The Linis-Bayan Clean Drive Program. Bayanihan sa Kalinisan; this clean drive programs will be conducted simultaneously in all 43 Barangays in Pandacan.

Jan. 10 2nd Day (Mon)

• PM “AKO AY SK!” The Sangguniang Kabataan Show Down: The Song and Dance Youth Competition open to all youth and youth organization in Pandacan to be hosted by SK Manila Federation

Jan. 11 3rd Day (Tue)

• PM “SALI PA KAMI” The Senior Citizen’s Nights. An Evening of ballroom dance and socialization for the Senior Citizens

Jan. 13 4th Day (Wed)

• PM BALIK-BAYAN PIGING The OFW’s Dinner Show. A sit-down dinner and cultural presentation will be presented in cooperation with National Commission for Culture and the Arts among others. Venue: Dambana ni Padre Zamora

Jan. 13 5th Day (Thu)

• PM “RATED K”; Katalinuhan, Kagalingan, Kagandahan at Kakisigan. The 2011 Mutya at Lakan Talent Night Presentation. Venue: Central Street.

Jan. 14 6th Day (Fri)

• AM PANDACAN: MUTYANG BAYANG; LAKAN NG KALIKASAN: The Mutya at Lakan Tree Planting Project along Quirino Highway to be headed by 2010 Crowned Mutya at Lakan with the 2011 Mutya at Lakan Candidates

• PM PROSESYONG BAYANA Religious Procession of the IFI Church along with the farewell parade of the 2010 Crowned Mutya at Lakan with the 2011 Mutya at Lakan Candidates
